Your order is not considered accepted until Hanami provides written confirmation. We must receive and process your payment before your order is validated. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Hanami may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order is confirmed. In the event of refusal, modification, or cancellation of your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange conditions in accordance with our Refund Policy [[LINK]].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICE AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We disclaim all liability for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or any event beyond our control. As soon as the products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss are transferred to you.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be required to use third-party customer tools as part of the Services, tools that we do not monitor and over which we have no control or ability to contribute.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement from us. We disclaim all liability arising from or related to your use of optional third-party tools.

Hanami is powered by Shopify, which enables us to offer you the Services. However, any sale or purchase made in our Store is made directly with Hanami. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Hanami, including any damage, harm, or loss resulting from the purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with Hanami.

Furthermore, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that could affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, or pretexting through the Services; (e) use robots, spiders, scrapers, data harvesting or extraction tools, automated devices, AI tools (including agentic AI), or any automated or manual means to access the Services; (f) interfere with, bypass, or neutralize security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or any other measures we implement to restrict access to the Services. ARTICLE 18 - INDEMNISATION
Vous vous engagez à indemniser, défendre et dégager de toute responsabilité Hanami, Shopify, ainsi que nos affiliés, partenaires, dirigeants, administrateurs, employés, agents, prestataires, concédants et fournisseurs de services, pour toute perte, tout dommage, toute responsabilité ou réclamation, y compris les honoraires raisonnables d’avocats, dus à un tiers et résultant (1) de votre manquement aux présentes Conditions d’utilisation ou aux documents qu’elles intègrent par référence, (2) de votre violation d’une loi ou des droits d’un tiers, ou (3) de votre accès et utilisation des Services.
Nous vous informerons de toute réclamation couverte par cette garantie, sous réserve qu’un défaut de notification rapide ne vous exonère pas de vos obligations, sauf si vous en subissez un préjudice substantiel.
